Qualifikationen

• Experience with PeriOp/Inventory.
• Experience prioritizing multiple tasks, organizing teams with multiple levels of caregivers, and meeting deadlines.
• History of inventory control such as cycle counts and physical inventory.

Aufgaben

• Coordinates inventory management activity to ensure facility or clinical program needs are met; works with cross functional teams.
• Performs inventory control on stock and non-stock items; sets par levels and tracks trends.
• Orders and delivers supplies for department using SOPs; manages consignment or vendor managed inventory.
• Accounts for replenishment activity in locations using SOPs; ensures temperature sensitive products stored properly.
• Ensures documentation for shipping, receiving, delivery and tissue tracking is complete.
• Communicates supply levels, new products, back orders and product implementation to stakeholders.
• Coordinates MMIS system ensuring distribution, inventory, receiving, files and reports meet regulatory requirements.
• Adheres to cycle count and inventory relief SOPs and applies Supply Chain SOPs, reports and tools.
