Job summary

Science 37 is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to efficiently organize visits and travel for clinical trials. You will work with Nurses, investigators, CRCs and study teams to ensure timely scheduling across trial types.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate SOPs and GCP guidelines in a fast-paced, decentralized environment. Weekend on-call rotation may apply.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in healthcare or science fields.
  • Medical experience or familiarity with terminology is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in orchestrating scheduling of visits with applicable departments.
  • Minimize travel expenditures by coordinating travel and schedules.
  • Maintain documentation throughout the scheduling process in real-time.
  • Represent Science 37 professionally to investigators and study personnel.
  • Participate in start-up planning and execution of scheduling activities.
  • Review protocol details to identify visit windows and staffing needs.
  • Communicate scheduling expectations to departments and teams.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in weekend on-call coverage rotation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
