• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise TST Milieu Counselors in the residential treatment setting.
• Monitor the residential program while maintaining Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) in the milieu setting.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure safety, stability and professional guidance for residents.
