Ready for your next chapter in nursing?Our close-knit, fast-paced cancer care team is looking for a Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse to help lead and support a dedicated group of nurses and care professionals. This flexible Monday–Friday role offers the opportunity to use your clinical expertise, mentor others, collaborate with providers, and make a meaningful difference in patient care all while being part of a team that works hard and supports one another.
The Clinical Supervisor holds a principal role in the multidisciplinary team on the unit, acting as a liaison between providers, key team members, and primary nurses. The Supervisor assists in facilitating the progression of care for all patients on the unit and acts as a resource to the team. This may include, but is not limited to, troubleshooting equipment/ technology, assisting in more complicated patient assessments, promoting patient and staff safety, assisting in patient procedures or educating staff on procedures. The Supervisor collaborates with the Clinical Manager and Nursing Coordinators to ensure appropriate staffing and management of admissions and discharges. He or she shall communicate in an effective, respectful, and professional manner. The Supervisor participates in coaching staff to enhance their professional development and assists in promoting evidence-based practice on the unit.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $43.26 to $58.52 per hour.
Compensation for part‑time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full‑time equivalent (FTE).
