Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead unit-based nursing operations and ensure 24-hour coverage in the absence of the Manager or Director.

You will work with a defined patient population, mentor staff, and support high-quality, safe patient care across the shift from 7p to 7a, including weekend responsibilities. A nursing leadership background and strong clinical expertise are essential.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.

Responsabilidades

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing

Current Georgia RN license (NLC/eNLC or Multistate)

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
