Northside Hospital is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join the unit-based leadership team in our Georgia facility. The role involves supervising nursing operations and, in the absence of the Manager or Director, assuming 24-hour nursing responsibility for a designated unit.

The position requires a nursing degree, an active Georgia RN license or multistate license, and a current BLS certification. Preferred credentials include ACLS, PALS, or NRP, depending on unit specialties.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Current license in Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Multistate license
• Must hold BLS certification
• Color vision adequate for role.
• Preferred: ACLS, PALS, NRP or other clinical specialty certifications.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.

• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

PREFERRED:

• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
