MaineHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology team as a Clinical Supervisor. This role provides day-to-day clinical leadership and supports the nursing team while partnering with practice leadership and providers to promote safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

The Supervisor – Clinical RN will supervise staff, oversee daily operations, drive workflow improvements, and uphold clinical practice standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligibility to practice in Maine.
• Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Two years of RN experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff within the designated work areas.
• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and support to the nursing team.

For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology team as a Clinical Supervisor. This role provides day-to-day clinical leadership and support to our nursing team while partnering closely with practice leadership and providers to promote safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

The Clinical Supervisor will support staff development, daily operations, workflow improvement, and clinical practice standards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and approachable leader who communicates effectively, supports a positive team environment, and enjoys helping staff grow and succeed.

Summary:

The Supervisor – Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas(s).

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $43.26to $58.52 per hour.
