Job summary

MaineHealth Neurology - Biddeford is seeking a Clinical RN Supervisor to lead a growing neurology team. You will mentor staff, support daily clinical operations, and help shape workflows to strengthen nursing practice and patient care.

Work with an experienced Clinical Manager to drive positive outcomes. This role offers a collaborative environment, leadership development opportunities, and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for eligible RN candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligibility to practice in Maine.
• BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Two years of RN experience required; supervisory experience preferred.

Summary:

The Supervisor - Clinical RN role is responsible for supervising assigned staff within the assigned work areas(s).

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure to practice in Maine. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: Two years of RN experience required. Experience in area of specialty may be required. Supervisory experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $89,980.80to $121,721.60per year.
