Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead and mentor nursing staff in the Exton, PA area. The role involves internal case management, Start of Care assessments, and ensuring high-quality in-home care.

The position combines office-based oversight with field visits, requiring travel to patients’ homes and occasional hybrid work as branch needs dictate. A valid RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where you practice.
• At least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Internal case management, evaluation, education and development of nursing talent.
• Transition patients from facility to home through Start of Care Assessments and Re-evaluations.
• Review physicians’ orders and update the plans of care and documentation as necessary.
• Assist with selecting, training and validation of new clinical staff.
• Promote and enhance the level of clinical expertise of staff to provide safe and quality nursing care for patients.
• Collaborate with the operations and business development team.
• Ensure adherence to State, Federal, Local regulations and Aveanna policies and procedures.

Clinical Supervisor (RN) (Nursing Supervisor)

Responsibilities Of The Nursing Supervisor

• Internal case management, evaluation , education and development of nursing talent
• Participating in the transition of our patients from the facility to their home through “Start of Care Assessments” and “Re-evaluations”
• Review physicians’ orders and update the plans of care and documentation, as necessary
• Assist with selecting, training and validation of new clinical staff
• Promote and enhance the level of clinical expertise of staff to provide safe and quality nursing care for our patients
• Collaborating with the operations and business development team
• Ensure adherence to State, Federal, Local regulations and Aveanna policies and procedures

Qualifications Of The Nursing Supervisor

• Must have good standing license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Must have at least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience
• Must be able to travel to patients’ homes in designated territory
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass MVR check
• Current CPR certification from AHA or ARC
• Must be willing to supervise caregivers providing care to infants, children, adolescents and/or adults
