This full-time role at the Main Office in Eatontown involves overseeing the Substance Use continuum of care across multiple locations and ensuring high-quality consumer care and regulatory compliance.

The role requires an LCADC with a Master’s degree, with responsibilities including supervision, training coordination, and adherence to ASAM

• LCADC with Masters degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff and oversee Substance Use program across Eatontown, Toms River, Barnegat offices.
• Coordinate ongoing staff training on policies and procedures.
• Provide supervision for consumer care and treatment planning.
• Monitor plans of care (IRP), reviews and associated medical record documentation.
• Ensure staff training and credentials meet regulatory standards.
• Oversee intake/IRP documentation and program statistics/scorecards.
