Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems seeks an Assistant Clinical Director in Cherry Hill, NJ to lead daily clinical operations, supervise a clinical team, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will work with the Clinical Director to implement therapeutic programs and maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field is required.
• Licensed professionals must hold state licensure as listed.
• CCS certification is preferred for supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Director in developing effective clinical programming and ensure staff compliance to the curriculum.
• Audit documentation for compliance with policies, state regulations, Joint Commission, ASAM, and medical criteria.
• Provide and monitor group therapy sessions to ensure quality programming.
• Assess patients for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.
• Provide clinical supervision to clinicians not independently licensed.
• Lead staff meetings and coaching to improve performance.
• Recruit and hire clinical team members and maintain positive staff relationships.
