Job summary

Greenbranch Recovery LLC is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead the outpatient substance use disorder treatment and First Responder program. The role reports to the Regional Clinical Director and oversees day‑to‑day operations, including supervision of treatment staff and intake oversight.

The position requires clinical licensure (LCADC/LPC/LCSW with CCS or LCADC) and offers a full‑time hybrid schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC) with CCS
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) preferably with CCS
• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with CCS and/or LCADC

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake department for Greenbranch Recovery
• Oversee daily onsite program operations and supervise treatment staff
• Coordinate weekly treatment schedule with adjustments as needed
• Arrange group coverage when necessary
• Act as a resource and role model for staff; intervene in crisis clinical situations
• Manage APNs (including OBAT) and liaise with the lab vendor

Job description

Greenbranch Recovery LLC's outpatient substance use disorder treatment program and First Responder program is looking for aProgram Supervisorto lead the team! This position reports to the Regional Clinical Director, and oversees Greenbranch's substance use disorder treatment and mental health program. This is full-time position with a hybrid schedule.

TheProgram Supervisoris primarily responsible for: overseeing the intake department for Greenbranch Recovery; overseeing daily onsite program operations at Greenbranch, including the supervision of treatment staff; coordinating the weekly treatment schedule with adjustments as needed; arranging for group coverage when necessary; acting as a resource and role model for staff; and intervening in challenging/crisis clinical situations as necessary. This position also manages the APNs (including OBAT) and serves as the liaison with the lab vendor.

Qualifiedapplicants for this position will have one of the following: licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC) with CCS (Certified Clinical Supervisor); licensed professional Counselor (LPC), preferably with CCS; licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with CCS and/or who is an LCADC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $60,000-$65,000 annually
