Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology, mental health, or related field.
• Independent licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LADC I).
• Two years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience and at least one year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical supervision and crisis consultation to staff and interns.
• Maintains knowledge of evidence-based practices including MAT for opioid use disorders.
• Trains and supervises staff to ensure use of evidence-based practices.
• Monitors and assigns caseloads as needed.
• Conducts assessments and provides individual and group services.
• Reviews and improves clinical program design with leadership.
• Chairs weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Audits documentation for compliance with regulations.
• Engages with internal/external stakeholders and community providers.
• Develops new group curriculums as needed.
• Maintains necessary records and participates in on-call rotations.
