Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our MAT/OTP team and advance mission-driven behavioral health care across Massachusetts. You will provide regular supervision, oversee caseloads, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and DPH standards.

The role requires a Master's in a related field, independent licensure, and at least three years in substance abuse treatment with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related clinical field.
• Independent Licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LADC I) required.
• Minimum of three years in substance abuse treatment, including at least one year in supervision.
• Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse regulations.
• Strong clinical supervisory skills with ability to mentor, teach, and evaluate staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with commitment to cultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular individual and group supervision to clinical staff.
• Monitor caseload management, documentation quality, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Oversee caseload assignments, group scheduling, and chart reviews per DPH standards.
• Maintain a modest individual caseload while supervising broader program caseload management.
• Collaborate with Program Director on staffing needs, hiring, and program quality.

What You Will Do

Who You Are
