Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) seeks a Clinical Supervisor for its In-Home Therapy team. Lead a multi-disciplinary staff, supervise clinicians and mentors, and ensure program quality and standards across MA communities.

You will recruit, onboard, and supervise credentialed staff, manage on-call needs, and train teams in assessments and treatment plans, applying DSM-V guidelines and community resources knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree and credentialing per MCE guidelines.
  • At least three years supervisory/management experience.
  • Minimum three years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
  • Licensed independent practice (LICSW, LMHC, PhD).
  • Certified in the Massachusetts CANS.
  • Experience managing a home-base program preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain overall program quality in In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentor programs.
  • Provide clinical supervision to clinicians, support workers, and mentors.
  • Provide administrative supervision to clinicians, support workers, and mentors.
  • Interview and hire credentialed staff for programs.
  • Provide orientation to all new staff onboarding into the programs.
  • Respond to on-call needs of the program as necessary.
  • Train staff in writing comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans using sound clinical judgment.
  • Utilize the DSM-V in responsibilities.
  • Develop working knowledge of and access to community resources.

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee, manage, and maintain overall program quality and best practices within the In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentor programs. The Clinical Supervisor supports the Program Director in developing the expansion and clinical quality in meeting all standards and specifications for the programs.

  • Provides effective and positive leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of Bachelor's level, Master's level, and other professional level staff.
  • Provides clinical supervision to clinicians, support workers, and therapeutic mentors.
  • Provides administrative supervision to clinicians, support workers, and therapeutic mentors.
  • Interviews and hires credentialed staff for programs.
  • Provides orientation to all new staff on-boarding into the programs.
  • Responds to on-call needs of program as necessary.
  • Trains staff in writing both comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans using sound clinical principals and judgment.
  • Utilizes the DSM-V in completion of responsibilities.
  • Develops working knowledge of and access to community resources.
Who You Are
  • Must Master's degree and meet the credentialing criteria for Master's level Clinicians as outlined in the MCE's most current Provider Manual for Master's level Clinicians.
  • At least three years supervisory and/or management experience required.
  • Minimum of three years' post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
  • Must be licensed at the independent practice level (LICSW, LMHC, PhD).
  • Must be certified in the Massachusetts CANS.
  • Experience managing a home-base program is preferred.
