Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. in Worcester, MA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor a MAT/OTP team.

You will provide regular supervision, oversee clinical staff performance, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with the Program Director on staffing and quality initiatives while supporting professional development and maintaining licensure requirements.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related clinical field is required.
  • Independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LADC I) is required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in substance abuse treatment, including at least one year in clinical supervision.
  • Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular individual and group supervision to clinical staff.
  • Monitor caseload management, documentation quality, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
  • Review and sign off on clinical documentation for regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee caseload assignments, group scheduling, and chart reviews to meet standards.
  • Maintain a modest individual caseload while supervising broader program caseload.
  • Collaborate with Program Director on staffing needs, hiring, and program quality.

What You Will Do:

Who You Are:
  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a related clinical field required.
  • Independent Licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LADC I) required.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in substance abuse treatment, including at least one year of clinical supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse regulations.
  • Strong clinical supervisory skills, with the ability to mentor, teach, and evaluate staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to cultural competence.
