Family Service of RI (FSRI) seeks a licensed behavioral health supervisor to lead the Mobile Response Service and supervise clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists. You will perform crisis assessments, provide brief treatment, and participate in on-call emergency services.
The role requires a Master’s degree in human services, RI licensure as Social Worker/ Therapist/ Mental Health Counselor, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsible for supervising the Mobile Response team including implementation of MRSS program and FSRI Emergency Response supports.Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care. Supervises clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists to implement mobile response assessment and follow-up. Performs crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation where needed, and manages evidenced based models of treatment. Participates in on-call emergency services. Conducts clinical training as necessary.
