Job summary

Delta-T Group, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead and support Mobile Crisis Workers and Family Support Partners during the 3PM–11PM shift.

You will provide clinical guidance, oversee treatment planning, and ensure high-quality services for children, adolescents, and families. This temporary role requires a Master’s in a mental health field, valid PA license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/psychologist), and at least two years of post-Master’s experience with youth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field.
• Clinical practicum and internship with children/adolescents with on-site supervision.
• At least 2 years of post-Master's clinical experience with children/adolescents.
• Active Pennsylvania license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Review cases to ensure children and families receive appropriate care.
• Support staff with crisis situations, treatment planning, referrals, and discharge planning.
• Monitor case assignments and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team on complex cases.
• Coordinate with Children & Youth agencies and other community partners as needed.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, crisis plans, discharge plans, and related documentation.
• Review incident reports and ensure required follow-up is completed.
