Delta-T Group, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead and support Mobile Crisis Workers and Family Support Partners during the 3PM–11PM shift.

You will provide clinical guidance, oversee treatment planning, and ensure high-quality services for children, adolescents, and families. This temporary role requires a Master’s in a mental health field, valid PA license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/psychologist), and at least two years of post-Master’s experience with youth.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in a mental health field.
• Clinical practicum and internship with children/adolescents with on-site supervision.
• At least 2 years of post-Master's clinical experience with children/adolescents.
• Active Pennsylvania license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist.

Responsabilidades

• Review cases to ensure children and families receive appropriate care.
• Support staff with crisis situations, treatment planning, referrals, and discharge planning.
• Monitor case assignments and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director and treatment team on complex cases.
• Coordinate with Children & Youth agencies and other community partners as needed.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, crisis plans, discharge plans, and related documentation.
• Review incident reports and ensure required follow-up is completed.

3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Review cases to ensure children and families receive appropriate care.
• Support staff with crisis situations, treatment planning, referrals, and discharge planning.
• Monitor case assignments and help ensure continuity of care.
• Work with the Clinical Director and treatment team on complex cases.
• Coordinate with Children & Youth agencies, ChildLine, and other community partners when needed.
• Review clinical documentation and ensure it is accurate and completed on time.
• Monitor assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, crisis plans, discharge plans, and other required documentation.
• Review incident reports and ensure required follow-up is completed.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Master's degree in a mental health field such as Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field.
• Graduate education must include a clinical practicum and internship with children and/or adolescents and direct on-site supervision
• At least 2 years of post-Master's clinical experience working with children and adolescents.
• Active Pennsylvania license as one of the following:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologist
