Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services seeks a Full-Time supervisor for the Mobile Crisis Resolution Team in Coatesville, PA. The role oversees program operations, schedules shifts, trains staff, maintains community relationships, and ensures timely care aligned with CSOC standards.

Requires a Master’s in Human Services (or RN with crisis experience) and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include 3.2 weeks PTO, health/vision/dental/life insurance, 9 holidays, 403(b) match, training, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Services with 2 years of experience.
• RN with 2 years experience in mental health or crisis work.
• Crisis Intervention experience required.
• Experience with kids and families preferred.
• Clinical license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees program supervision, scheduling, and coverage of shifts.
• Trains staff and conducts quarterly shadowing on initial response.
• Provides on-call coverage and represents the program in the community.
• Plans, develops, and evaluates program effectiveness.
• Maintains caseload when required and supports CSOC/Agency deadlines.
