Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline with practicum/internship experience
• Minimum of two years post-Master's experience providing clinical services to children/adolescents
• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist

Responsibilities

• Oversee five Mobile Crisis Workers and two Family in CMCT and ensure timeliness and adherence to clinical guidelines
• Provide supervision including staff orientation and training, monitor compliance with agency policies
• Engage in program development and maintain inter-agency communications; be available for crisis intervention 24/7 and participate in on-call duties
