Qualifications

• Current LPC-S, LMFT-S, LCSW-S or equivalent supervisory credential REQUIRED.
• Experience supervising clinicians and mentoring associates toward licensure.
• Commitment to long-term collaboration and growth within the practice.

Responsibilities

• Carry a client caseload and perform clinical work.
• Supervise and mentor clinicians, including associates seeking licensure.
• Guide clinical documentation and best practices across the team.
