Job summary

Monarch Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical team. You will supervise up to six provisionally licensed and licensed staff while maintaining your own caseload of 18 sessions per week, with weekly on-site supervision and ongoing consultation.

The role requires Texas licensure (LPC-S, LMFT-S, LCSW-S, or Licensed Psychologist) and at least three years of direct care experience, in a collaborative, private-practice setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Texas as one of LPC-S, LMFT-S, LCSW-S, or licensed psychologist.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct clinical care experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Entry-level leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 6 clinicians and maintain your own caseload of 18 sessions per week.
• Provide weekly on-site clinical supervision and consultation as needed.
• Review staff schedules to ensure caseload requirements are met.
• Provide new employee training and orientation and ongoing support.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring activities.
• Audit and evaluate employee performance.
• Identify staff development and training needs.
