Job summary

Greater Houston Counseling Services in Houston is seeking an experienced clinical leader to mentor a growing team while maintaining your own caseload. You will supervise associates working toward licensure, shape clinical best practices, and collaborate with leadership to evolve the program.

This hybrid role offers in-office collaboration with one remote day, comprehensive benefits, and support for continuing education and supervisory credentials as you help the practice thrive.

Qualifications

• Current LPC-S, LMFT-S, LCSW-S or equivalent supervisory credential REQUIRED.
• Experience supervising clinicians and mentoring associates toward licensure.
• Commitment to long-term collaboration and growth within the practice.
