Job summary

One Behavioral in Houston, TX is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our growing outpatient practice. This leadership role blends direct clinical work with team management in a hybrid schedule, including in-person and telehealth sessions.

You will lead a clinical team, oversee logistics, and maintain accurate EHR documentation while delivering evidence-based psychotherapy and assessments for adults and/ or geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible Texas license as a Psychologist.
• Experience with adult and/or geriatric outpatient care.
• Proficiency with telehealth and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive psychological and neurocognitive assessments in-person and via telehealth.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral management in a hybrid model.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a clinical team; oversee department logistics and staffing.
• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR system.
• Manage testing materials inventory and keep resources current.
