The role is a hybrid, hourly W-2 position requiring regular in-person work at our Portland office. Part-time start with potential to transition to full-time in 6–9 months, depending on performance and caseload growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or related field.
• Active, unrestricted Oregon license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC).
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.
• Ability to work in person near Portland area.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual and family psychotherapy, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Maintain a direct clinical caseload while participating in supervisory and leadership development.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship following required training and approvals.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and administrative teams to maintain quality services.
• Maintain compliance with Oregon regulations, HIPAA, and professional ethical standards.
