New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks Supervising Clinicians to supervise unlicensed and graduate clinicians providing outpatient mental health care. The role includes in-person and telehealth supervision across multiple sites, ensuring licensure compliance and clinical excellence.

The position features a hybrid work model, board-registered supervision, and a supportive environment with ongoing education and strong emphasis on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program.
• Valid independent clinical license in the state(s) served.
• Meet minimum post-licensure experience requirements for supervisor as determined by licensing Board.
• Knowledge of privacy and HIPAA requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team, especially in stressful situations.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision and training for unlicensed, graduate level and/or intern clinicians.
• Deliver supervision weekly (individual or group) and supervise across multiple sites.
• Maintain supervision notes and agreements in EHR; file notes by end of day.
• Provide case oversight and ensure adherence to licensure, board, and payor requirements.
• Supervise clinicians and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
