Job summary

Transitions Counseling and Consulting in Arizona seeks an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW clinical supervisor to mentor therapists, interns, and support staff, ensuring supervision policies and compliance.

You will address client and team needs, participate in a rotating call schedule, and provide direct therapy when needed, with in-person office attendance in Phoenix. The role emphasizes growth, training, and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
• Licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as LPC/LMFT/LCSW.
• 1 year of clinical supervision experience preferred but not required.
• Fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona DPS.
• CPR and first aid certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise therapists, interns, and clinical staff, tracking supervision hours and files.
• Address personnel issues and support hiring and staff training.
• Provide direct client therapy per agreed schedule with personalized care.
• Coordinate with other professionals to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
