Job summary

Transitions Counseling and Consulting in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Clinical Supervisor (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) to mentor therapists and supervise staff while delivering client care in person at our designated office. You will participate in hiring, training, and policy adherence to uphold high clinical standards.

The role requires a master’s degree in a related field and independent licensure with state supervision training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Arizona-licensed LPC/LMFT/LCSW at independent level.
• 1 year of clinical supervision experience preferred.
• Arizona Supervisor Training preferred; if not, training within 30 days of start date.
• Current fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona DPS.
• Maintain CPR and first aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Mentorship and supervision of therapists, interns, and clinical staff, with policy adherence.
• Address personnel issues, participate in hiring, and manage staff training.
• Provide direct client therapy per agreed schedule and ensure quality of care.
• Collaborate with professionals to support comprehensive treatment plans and outcomes.
