Responsibilities

• Support and assist Clinical Director in all duties.
• Manage daily execution of the clinical program at the facility.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, fostering a recovery-focused environment.
• Occasionally facilitate groups and manage a small client caseload.
• Provide compliance oversight to ensure accurate client documentation.
• Support Utilization Review to drive authorization and retention in treatment.

Now Hiring a Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, in Norfolk, VA.

What You\'ll Do

• Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
• Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

What We\'re Looking For

• Master\'s degree or higher in related field preferred
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
• Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role: LPC, LCSW, LSATP
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interper sonal, observational, and communication skills
• Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles
