Avenues Recovery Center in Baton Rouge is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead daily operations of the clinical program and support the Clinical Director in delivering treatment with excellence.

The role emphasizes managing client engagement, ensuring compliant documentation, and providing Utilization Review support while maintaining a warm, recovery-oriented environment for clients and staff alike.

Qualifications

3 years' experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients.
Current licensure to practice in Louisiana (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
Positive, warm, and dignified character modeling recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Support and assist Clinical Director in all relevant duties.
Manage the daily execution of the clinical program.
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm recovery environment.
Facilitate group sessions occasionally and maintain a small client caseload.
Provide compliance oversight for impeccable client documentation.
Provide Utilization Review support to drive treatment authorization and retention.

Avenues Recovery is seeking to hire a Clinical Supervisor at our Baton Rouge location!

What You'll Do

Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

What We're Looking For

3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients
Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LCSW, LPC, etc.)
Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interper sonal, observational, and communication skills
Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles
