Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential treatment facility. The role supports the Clinical Director and oversees the daily execution of the clinical program, ensuring a warm recovery environment and strong client engagement.

You will maintain compliance, manage small caseloads, and provide Utilization Review support to drive treatment authorization and retention.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in related field preferred.
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role: LPC, LCSW, LSATP.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
