Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center seeks a Clinical Director for our detox and residential facility in Lake Ariel, PA. You will provide daily clinical leadership, oversee the treatment program roadmap, and build a skilled team to ensure consistent, compassionate care.

You will supervise client engagement and documentation, partnering with Utilization Review as needed to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
