Job summary

BRC is seeking a qualified supervisor to lead Independent Living Specialists in New York City. You will oversee clinical operations, compile daily, weekly and monthly DHS statistics, and supervise scheduling and case-management staff.

You will conduct case conferences, review treatment plans and maintain QA procedures, providing emergency first aid/CPR as needed. Join a dedicated team serving homeless individuals and contributing to health and dignity in the community.

Qualifications

• BA preferred. Excellent interpersonal, managerial and supervisory skills necessary.
• At least three years of clinical oversight of programs serving mentally ill and/or substance abusing homeless men preferred.
• CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision to Independent Living Specialists.
• Ensure that daily, weekly and monthly DHS statistics are compiled and submitted for review.
• Supervise scheduling and case-management staff.
• Conduct case conferences, treatment plan reviews, and maintenance of established QA procedures.
• Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed.
• Related duties as assigned.
