Job summary

BRC seeks a Full-time supervisor to provide direct clinical oversight of Independent Living Specialists in NYC. You will design group counseling programs, oversee scheduling/case-management, and ensure DHS statistics are compiled for review.

Responsibilities include case conferences, treatment plan reviews, QA maintenance, and emergency CPR when needed. CPR certification or willingness to obtain training is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• BA is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, managerial, and supervisory skills.
• Experience overseeing clinically oriented programs for mentally ill and/or substance-abusing homeless women preferred.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision to Independent Living Specialists.
• Design and supervise group counseling programs.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly DHS statistics are compiled and submitted for review.
• Supervise scheduling and case-management staff.
• Conduct case conferences, treatment plan reviews, and maintenance of QA procedures.
