Job summary

Horizon Services, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Albuquerque, NM to lead clinical staff, provide training, and ensure quality client care in alignment with policies and regulations. Role includes supervising clinicians, delivering trainings, and offering crisis support as needed.

You will oversee intake, supervise staff, and collaborate with the Program Manager to maintain high standards of service and compliance within the program.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of effective, evidence-based interventions for co-occurring conditions.
• Experience training staff in clinical skills and supervision.
• Clinical license or associate status in NM required/registered.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and supervision for clinical staff.
• Staff interviews, hiring, and orientation related to clinical work.
• Deliver ongoing feedback through supervision meetings.
• Develop and deliver staff training as requested.
• Provide on-call consultation and crisis support for supervisees.
