The ideal candidate will hold an MA in a relevant field and have an active independent license. The salary range for this position is $65,700 - $82,100 annually.

Qualifications

• Active independent license with supervisor credentials as defined by the state.
• RLD Approved Clinical Supervisor through the Counseling and Therapy Practice Board.
• Previous experience providing clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to counseling staff.
• Maintain a small caseload to model best practices.
• Ensure compliance with laws and ethical standards.

Education

MA in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
