State of the Heart Recovery Inc in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and coordinate high-quality behavioral health care across multiple facilities. You will supervise assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation, ensuring safe, ethical, and evidence-based practices.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, oversee fidelity to Matrix Model and related trainings, maintain licensure, and support crisis management and quality assurance to improve client

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Current and valid New Mexico clinical licensure in listed professions.
• Board Certified Clinical Supervisor status preferred.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment and supervisory roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical oversight of assessments, treatment plans, and therapeutic services across assigned programs.
• Review and monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary services to ensure integrated care.
• Participate in quality assurance activities, chart reviews, and program evaluations.
• Maintain licensure and complete continuing education and certifications.
