Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and independent licensure (LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LMFT) required.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in addiction/behavioral health.
• Experience leading multi-site teams and hiring talent.
• Reliable internet and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise clinical staff to adhere to policies.
• Provide direct clinical oversight and support.
• Drive clinical outcomes and KPIs across offices.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and manage HR issues.
• Oversee training and onboarding of new counselors.
• Represent the organization in meetings and events as clinical lead.
• Collaborate with Regional Director to ensure smooth operations.

Education

Master's Degree and Licensed at the Independent level as an LCSW, LISW, LPCC or LMFT
