Avenues Recovery Center in Baton Rouge is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the Clinical Director and oversee the daily operations of the clinical program, ensuring excellent patient care and compliance.

The role requires 3 years of experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosis, Louisiana licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.), and strong organizational and communication skills to supervise staff, facilitate groups, maintain client engagement, and review documentation for accuracy.

Qualifications

3 years' experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients.
Current Louisiana licensure to practice (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
Efficient, organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support and assist Clinical Director in relevant duties.
Manage daily execution of the clinical program.
Oversee client engagement and morale to maintain a warm recovery environment.
Facilitate group sessions occasionally and maintain a small client caseload.
Provide compliance oversight for client documentation.

Avenues Recovery is seeking to hire a Clinical Supervisor at our Baton Rouge location!

What You'll Do

Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

What We're Looking For

3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients
Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LCSW, LPC, etc.)
Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles
