Avenues Recovery Center in South Bend, IN is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential facility. You will support the Clinical Director, oversee the clinical program, and help maintain a warm recovery environment for clients.

Responsibilities include client engagement, group facilitation, and ensuring meticulous documentation. Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills are essential, as is licensure to practice in Indiana (LCAC/LCSW/LMFT).

Qualifications

3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
Current licensure necessary to practice in this state - LCAC, LCSW, LMFT
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required.
Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles
