Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LCAS license in North Carolina.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in SUD treatment; supervisory exp preferred.
• Deep understanding of NC Medicaid definitions and ASAM criteria.
• Strong documentation and regulatory implementation skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured clinical supervision per NC requirements and agency standards.
• Review assessments, PCPs, and treatment updates for quality and compliance.
• Guide ASAM level-of-care determinations and clinical trajectories.
• Monitor documentation accuracy and audit readiness in the EHR.
• Consult on high-risk cases, dual-diagnosis, and crises.
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and evaluations for staff.
• Track credentials and continuing education for the team.
• Participate in audits, QI initiatives, and policy updates.
