Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a licensed clinical addiction specialist (LCAS) to deliver therapeutic services for individuals with mental health, behavioral health, and substance use needs. The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and the implementation of person-centered recovery plans.

The LCAS will conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and participate in discharge planning while adhering to North Carolina licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Social Work or a related field is required or preferred.
• Provisional licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in North Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with mental and/or behavioral health issues including writing person-centered plans and conducting group therapy.
• General knowledge of the human services delivery system in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and coordinate care within the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide individual, family and group outpatient therapy sessions and inpatient group therapy as needed.
• Develop and monitor person-centered treatment plans and oversee discharge planning.
• Coordinate with families, guardians, and social service resources to support recovery.
