Pyramid Healthcare is recruiting for a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) in Walnut Cove, NC. You will provide evidence-based addiction treatment, conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family counseling.

Qualificações

• Active LCAS credential from North Carolina.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Experience delivering substance use disorder treatment preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and clinical documentation standards.
• Strong communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Complete LOCAs as needed.
• Maintain clinical documentation within the electronic health record.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and support clients through challenging situations.
• Assist with discharge planning, aftercare coordination, and recovery support services.
• Participate in utilization review processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to program development, staff training, and quality improvement efforts.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as required.

Conhecimentos

Active North Carolina LCAS credential

Formação académica

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Chemical Dependency, or a related behavioral health field
