Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with mental and/or behavioral health issues.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to assist service users.
• Run individual, family, and group outpatient therapy sessions.
• Develop person-centered plans and oversee the discharge planning process.
