Job summary

Clinical & Support Options, Inc. (CSO) seeks a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient clinic in Greenfield, MA. The role provides direct treatment to individuals, families and groups and participates in agency management decisions.

Requires Clinical Master's degree with 3 years of experience; licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) and a valid driver's license. Bilingual candidates encouraged. We offer competitive salaries, health/dental coverage, CEUs, 403B retirement plan, and generous PTO.

CSO is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient clinic in Greenfield.

This position will provide direct treatment services to individuals, families and groups, will participate as an active member of the agency management team, and provide clinical services to individuals, families, couples, and groups in western and central Massachusetts.

Starting Salary: $70,000-$77,000/year

As a Clinical Supervisor:

You Will:

• Provide regular clinical and administrative supervision for assigned clinicians
• Participate in hiring process or disciplinary action as necessary
• Supervise other staff or interns as required
• Provide emergency backup for cases of supervisees
• Provide medication monitoring, education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate
• Provide psycho-social assessments for assigned clients

Your Background:

• Clinical Master's degree with three years of experience treating adults and families
• Three years of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Clinical licensure required (LICSW, LMHC OR LMFT)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
