Job summary

Clinical & Support Options, Inc. (CSO) seeks a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient clinic in Leominster, MA.

This role provides direct treatment oversight to individuals, families and groups and serves as a key member of the agency management team. The successful candidate will have a Clinical Master’s degree, licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT), and at least three years of supervisory experience, plus a valid driver’s license to serve western and central Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Clinical Master's degree with three years of experience treating adults and families.
• Three years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Clinical licensure required (LICSW, LMHC OR LMFT).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular clinical and administrative supervision for assigned clinicians.
• Participate in hiring process or disciplinary action as necessary.
• Supervise other staff or interns as required.
• Provide emergency backup for cases of supervisees.
• Provide medication monitoring, education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate.
• Provide psycho-social assessments for assigned clients.

CSO is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient clinic in Leominster.

This position will provide direct treatment services to individuals, families and groups, will participate as an active member of the agency management team, and provide clinical services to individuals, families, couples, and groups in western and central Massachusetts.

Starting Salary: $70,000-$77,000/year

You Will:

• Provide regular clinical and administrative supervision for assigned clinicians
• Participate in hiring process or disciplinary action as necessary
• Supervise other staff or interns as required
• Provide emergency backup for cases of supervisees
• Provide medication monitoring, education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate
• Provide psycho-social assessments for assigned clients

Your Background:
