EMPACT-SPC, part of the La Frontera Arizona family in Glendale, AZ, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead the Adult Services team. The role includes clinical supervision, program operations, and direct counseling to adults, families, and youth.

You will ensure service quality, supervise clinical staff and interns, and coordinate scheduling while maintaining comprehensive client records. Evening or on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to document detailed information.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and delivery of services for adults, families, and youth.
• Provide direct counseling services at least 25% of the work week; supervise staff and interns.
• Supervise day-to-day program operations, scheduling, and coverage.
• Ensure client records and charts comply with policies.
• Implement program changes and new services as directed by management.
• Work beyond schedule when required and participate in on-call rotations.
