Job summary

La Frontera Center Inc. in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for EMPACT to lead the Adult Services team. You will supervise clinical staff, assure service quality, and coordinate day-to-day operations while providing direct counseling as needed.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, 3+ years of relevant experience, and supervisory capabilities. AZ driver's license and fingerprint clearance are required; on-call rotations may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health is required.
• Three years of prior community behavioral health work experience is required.
• Prior supervisory experience in behavioral health is preferred.
• Associate license is preferred.
• Experience with AHCCCS System of Care is preferred.
• Must possess valid AZ Driver's license with clean record.
• Fingerprint clearance card required or eligible to obtain one.
• Must be 21 years of age or older at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with administrative and clinical supervision of staff and interns.
• Direct overall productivity of the program and monitor staff and interns to meet standards.
• Schedule and facilitate ongoing supervision with staff and supervisees.
• Provide quality assurance of client records and service delivery.
• Implement changes and new programming as directed by the Manager.
• Work beyond scheduled hours to complete paperwork or crisis stabilization tasks.
