Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living in the United States seeks a licensed Clinician to deliver behavioral health services, develop PBSPs and FBAs, and lead data-driven treatment plans across home and office settings. Requires advanced knowledge and independent clinical judgment to ensure regulatory compliance and person-centered outcomes.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, provide staff training, participate in case reviews, and support residents’ social, emotional, and physical needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Social Work, Behavioral Analysis, Counseling or related field.
• Valid state license or certification (BCBA, LCSW, LSW, LPCC, LPC, PBSF).
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience; practicum or internship acceptable.
• Experience with mentally ill and intellectually disabled adults preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; valid driver’s license; criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior treatment plans with data-driven evaluation.
• Provide face-to-face clinical services within BSLS scope of practice.
• Lead crisis response and assess interventions to resolve incidents.
• Consult and debrief staff after incidents and guide corrective actions.
• Conduct FBAs, PBSPs, and maintain regulatory-compliant documentation.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care planning.
• Train clinical staff and coordinate with families and external stakeholders.
• Maintain on-site training, incident investigations, and care coordination.
